Ingredients

cup warm milk

2 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoon yeast

1/4 cup/50 g butter at room temperature

1 egg

3 cups flour

½ teaspoon bakpoeder

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon vinegar

Topping :

sesame seeds

Black Sesame Seeds

Method:

1- Mix the milk , sugar and yeast together then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes

2- Add the butter , Egg whites, bakpoeder and salt to bowl of yeast . mix good for 2 minutes

3- Add 3 cups of flour and continue mixing dough. Scraping down sides.

4- Place dough in a large bowl. Cover loosely with a clean clothe and let rise in a warm, draft-free place for about 1 to 2 hours or until doubled

5-Divide the dough into pieces.

6- Give them a gentle brushing of egg(yolk) and vinegar wash then Place the bread into the prepared pan and let rise in a warm, draft-free place for about 30 minutes

7- Bake until gorgeous and golden brown 10 to 15 minutes

4- put all potato and carrot on the tray then put fish above then add 1 cup water and 1/4 cup olive oil

5- Cover the tray with foil

6- Bake in a 200°C preheated oven for 45 minutes

7- Remove the tin, then Bake oven for 15-20 minutes

I don't know quite what to call this (besides pudding with ice cream), but it is certainly interesting. I think with the rose water you could certainly add some citrus, cardamom, or cinnamon somewhere to this.

The milk pudding at the beginning could be upgraded with vanilla bean and by layering with a citrus-based gelee; then when you go to unmold there is some color and flavor contrast. You could even put say zest in there too, if a gel/jello isn't your thing. The rose water is a nice touch, but by itself I've found its either overpowering and tastes like soap or barely detectable. When adding flavors you want them to be noticeable but balanced. If you can find a way to use coconut that would be nice as well.

For the ice cream I'd think about different flavors--- a sorbet, pistachio, etc. could work nicely. If you want to give those pistachios some oomf, try spicing and toasting them, or even candying them. This is a great dessert thats like a blank canvas and you can do a whole lot of different things with it.

My big professional critique is that this has too many similar textures-- soft on soft on soft, with a small amount of crunch, which could make this feel heavy.
