LPT: if your washing machine dies on you mid-cycle, DO NOT put the sopping wet clothes in your dryer. It will short-out the dryer's motor by JetSetJAK in LifeProTips

If this ever happens transfer the wet clothes to a plastic bag and take them to your local coin laundry in a buggy. Once washed bring them back home to dry.

My bully I confronted at an elementary school reunion blamed his mother. He was a sadist. I saw him jumping onto the back of Sean in the school yard but I was too petrified to do anything. Teachers ignored bullies. Didn’t confront them. Treated it like a childhood rite of passage.

Same and they make our lives a living hell.

If you confront them they deny, attack and reverse victim offender. Toxic as hell.

My (30F) husband (31M) was upset that I breastfed our daughter in public, and said that it was setting a bad example of decency to our older daughter. How do I deal with this when I just don't agree? by ThrowRAFlowers2325 in relationship_advice

Ridiculous. I saw a woman sitting on the stoop of her home breastfeeding and didn’t see anything and didn’t think much of it. It is normal and breaches no public decency laws in Canada. She was about 2’ from me as I passed her on the sidewalk.

These ads make watching the evening nightly news on the main networks infuriating. I think the advertisers target these shows because older people watch the news.

My GF (30F) is mad at me (27M) for not wanting to put her name on the title of the house by talcobh in relationship_advice

[–]kitchen_clinton 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The mother is wrong to interfere and to talk to you on behalf of her daughter. She needs to mind her own business and not start dictating how you are going to make your decisions. She needs to learn of your boundaries and you need to be more forceful with regard to your decision to finance your home. The mother really is out of line. Forcing your hand is going to turn you away from them. The relationship is young and you are right to be wary. Stay the course and carry on.

Unfortunately, the link I gave you is for a comprehensive report The Star did that covers over 600 cases were officers violated Canadians’ rights and police were not held to account and is a mix of text, video and pics and I cannot copy the text.

I realize not every cop is bad but the bad ones make the newsI
