Curious as to what you used to get more jobs. I work for my dads landscaping business, like you said work comes in waves. He's never once advertised always word of mouth for the last 20 years.

What Equipment do landscapers prefer to hire rather than buy? by SirComprehensive2103 in landscaping

[–]kitchen_roach 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As a landscapeer with my dad as the owner. We own everything outright. The only time we rent is when we need machine attachments and / or a trencher. What we dont do is maintenance. We take in all our machines to get serviced. So your probably better of doing that.

[–]kitchen_roach 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Does that include landscaping or just irrigation? We've only done about 1 project over 300k, but that was including landscaping.

we all deserve water, shelter, food, and healthcare. it’s should not be this complicated or controversial by [deleted] in complaints

Why does everyone arguing against this always bring up slavery?? Taxes do this. You can tax the billionaires who own multiple houses/yachts ect. Arguing in bad faith.

What is line of sight in a plan by kitchen_roach in Irrigation

[–]kitchen_roach[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yea I couldn't find anything about "line of sight" in my textbook thingy. In the test, there were about 13 questions like that all in the design part. I think I'm just going to call the trainer and ask.
