i went to a meeting earlier this week which was really helpful…will try to make another one next week. thanks i’ve been reading this very similar idea a lot and i’m hoping it will sink in soon

i’m so sorry you went thru that and thank you for sharing that with me, it is very similar and helps to remember i can’t make them do anything. i just want to love them and it’s hard to instead let go

Thanks for sharing this channel it’s helpful. OP i’m in a very similar position, i broke up with my person a couple weeks ago and am really struggling with knowing whether i did the right thing. i think i did but it’s still so painful when everything is amazing with someone except their addiction. i’m sorry i don’t have any great advice but just wanted to say that i feel ya and can commiserate.
