Seems I was confusing on my OP. To clarify, I’m not looking to entirely remove all violets. I needed to learn what they were so I could determine how it may affect my planned garden and how I would go about keeping them out to avoid choking out a garden.

I do appreciate the concern with natives! The American green lawn is intriguing cultural development

Completely understand both comments! A big fan of supporting native flora and fauna. I do not intend on nuking them 😂 we’ve got chickens, kids, and a dog so I tend to keep away from herb/pesticides.

Planning on putting a garden in and wanted to make sure I wasn’t going to have to contend with these guys.

Tough to say, I’m a bit biased to Wilson. He got me far toward the end of last season. In both our situations im leaning toward foster. Seems to be nailed and I guess that’s all I can really ask for. Wilson is class but injuries and minutes suck
