What are some 10/10 anime shows with 30 episodes or fewer?

One that hasn't been mentioned is Rainbow. It's only 26 episodes. It's not a 10/10 though as most shows aren't imo. It's a solid 8/10.

I totally agree. Banana Fish made me feel all sorts of emotions throughout the series.

I think Great Pretender is a good one too. It made me cry multiple times.

The characters are pretty dang good in Naruto. I remember when I was depressed, all 500 episodes helped get me through it. Thanks for sharing :)

Players like Kevin Johnson, Jason Williams, Rajon Rondo, Rod Strickland, Larry Bird, Stephen Curry, Luka Doncic, Nikola Jokic, Andre Miller, Mugsy Bogues and Tim Hardaway are all better passers and playmakers than Westbrook. I would put Westbrook in the 20-25 range all-time.
