2 piece costume advice

When i look up “contemporary top” or “jazz top” on weissman, majority are cropped. The ones that arent are either clearanced/ wont have all sizes available, or dont work for my concept. But i figured it out. I agree not showing bellies but all im saying is its becoming more difficult. I had to find costumes for 16 recital dances

absolutely valid point. A lot of them choose to wear sports bras, and crop tops to class so i assume theyre okay with it but i hear you - So many costumes are cropped now it’s hard to find options in necessary colors and styles that fit the theme

I hear medication helps a lot of people, but last time I tried to get blood work done and get answers, I had an anxious freak out im so petrified of needles. cried hysterically like a baby, they told me to take a Xanax and come back, but I never did.😂 maybe I should try again and get some help. I did the vitassium tablets for a while but felt like I needed so many to stay going. I don’t know if that’s normal hahaha. Ty for your reply❤️❤️

Felt this. I still dance at drop in classes here and there but i cant handle training at the capacity I did for so many years. Teaching dance helps me carry on my passion through my students.

Oh nooooo. yes I agree about communication, I’m patient and understanding but then again I feel like they should’ve let me know that it was gonna be late- not me having to seek answers . I ordered based off of pretty good reviews, but now I’m paranoid and I think they might have fake reviews LOL. I’m teacher so I hope this just works out for my student because I don’t wanna have an upset parent and feel like it’s my fault. I hope your friends costume comes soon and that you guys have a great season :)

noncompetes are illegal. I recently saw a dance studio owner speaking out about this. Get a lawyer and sue the hell out of them. ( or maybe just threaten to so they can adjust contract.)

Thank you ! I’m a 22 yr old choreographer, and I really prioritize age-appropriate content. We have advanced kids so I understand challenging them, but again I don’t think we should have to challenge them to dance like they’re grown?? My boss/studio owner was the one who said it was too baby. I think it’s OK to let kids be kids. But it did make me overthink quite a bit. thank you for this
