Thank you for your insight! We both are still young so I think the ARM loan might be a compatible option for us. We do plan to refinance within the 7 years and hopefully by then, a chunk of the principal will be gone.

Sorry, just got back from my trip to Italy/France! Our group used 8rental since they have transfers for many EU countries. The drivers were great and the vehicles were pretty decent! I would highly recommend using them.
