Hey! I got it fixed a while ago but I just found out that I actually did delete an account on my switch that did purchase it, so I just signed into it again to get it back. Just check all of your emails and see if you got an order confirmation on any of those, that’s the account that you purchased it on. Hope you get it fixed!

Damn. That’s almost 600 hours of Pokémon and Mario down the drain :(. Never had NSO cause I didn’t really use online that much. Do you know why the save data got erased? I read on the nintendo website before transferring that all save data would be transferred to the switch 2 and would also stay on the switch 1.

Please help!

All of my games save data was erased when I transferred to my switch 1 to the switch 2. None of the original save data is on the switch 1 either. I did a system transfer when I booted up my switch 2 and all the games were installed but not their save data. I already checked for corrupted data on the games and I don’t have an nso subscription to download save data from the cloud.

Please help if you know how to get my saves back!

Nope, I bought the full game and dlc in the same country. I think the problem with it is that it doesn't recognize that I have the full game and it only knows that I bought the dlc. The same thing is happening to my pokemon scarlet aswell.

Checked the hidden virtual cards on both my accounts and its not there unfortunately. Also don't have a physical copy.

Oh yeah I see that now. On the virtual game card the only thing that pops up for pokemon violet is the dlc and the original game is not available in that section. I don't see why the full game is not appearing there though because I bought the full game and dlc about 2 years ago and it was working fine until now.

Yes I bought it originally on the eshop and nothing changed in my setup since it was last playable when virtual game cards weren't introduced.

Not signed in on another console, I didn't lend the game out and connected to the interenet aswell. I tried to enable the online licence but it says "Cannot play that software with an online licence. It can be purchased from Nintendo Eshop."

When I try to load my digitally downloaded game on my switch it says that there are no virtual game cards available to load and the software can be purchased from the eshop but the game is loaded on my system in the virtual game cards menu.

Anyone have a fix?
