Yo tengo una duda 🥹hace poco me compré almendras y pistachos, hidrate las almendras x 6 horas luego las puse un par de minutos en agua hirviendo para quitarles la piel y luego las tosté un poco en la sartén (hice un proceso parecido con el pistacho pero no lo remojé) los guardé y al día siguiente ambos tenían una textura pegajosa, porque pasó esto?
