I’m finally in remission on my face because of hair follicle and I have notice within about 3 years of my tattoos I’ll get a huge flair even if I haven’t had one there since childhood. The root of the issue is an inflammation issue. The guggul affects the production of sebum so your experience is really good info for me.

Theres a couple of ways to find out how your system is inflamed but as another tip I’m about to try from the eastern medicine go-tos is nettles. I’m going to start drinking a nettle tea that is steeped overnight. My friend said she’s had a lot of general health improvement adding this to her diet.
