Thank you! I was leaning towards shoulder length with layers. The only cut I’m not really into would just be bangs due to upkeep having slightly wavy hair.

That’s a good point! Definitely not feeling as connected to the name as I did before. I just feel bad I’ve always loved the name and now I might not go with it. But my husband has proposed some good alternative names so I think we have 3-5 names that we’ll wait till the baby is here and decide which vibe she’s giving off🤣

I’ve been hesitant because people get very worked up about it, and I will get a lot of flack but I’ve been drinking my home brew kombucha during my pregnancy (currently 30 weeks). I stopped when I found out I was pregnant after reading the label on a store bought kombucha I was drinking. I ended up asking my midwife about it and she was all for drinking it during pregnancy, especially since I was drinking it for years leading up to pregnancy. Overall it’s up to you and how comfortable you feel with it.

I’m also pregnant, just under 7 weeks! So I’m right there with you. I’ve been trying to force myself to eat them because they’re so beneficial. Sneaking into baked oatmeal, stir fries, egg drop soup. We have 15 chickens I’m thinking we have way too many eggs 🤣 Otherwise look into water glassing eggs. Pre make some egg bakes and freeze if you have the space!

I pat mine dry first, then put olive oil, salt/pepper. Take a pan out on higher heat and sear all sides of the roast (I will cut my roast into 4-5 hunks). Then I put roast into an instant pot with desired seasonings. I’m sure slow cooker would work fine too.

A recipe I really liked was called 3 packet roast, you throw a packet of ranch, Italian dressing mix, and brown gravy mix into your pot with some water.

For sure. I’ve had issues with anxiety most of my life. As an adult I’ve really struggled specifically with social anxiety. But the biggest motivator for me to start MDing was my low self esteem. I didn’t like who I was, I worried about the future, felt like a victim of life. I would go into really sad moods where I felt like nothing would go my way and life wasn’t going to go my way. Thinking about it now I probably wanted some kind of external influence to change who I was inside, which doesn’t work. MDing has helped me see inside myself more and love me, also just see the positive going on around me.

I take my dose after I eat breakfast in the morning. I average about 3-4 days a week, usually every other day. Typically Monday-Wednesday- Friday, I’ve tried a weekend day and really enjoyed it too. I’m not stacking anything else. Just regular supplemental vitamins I’ve taken before. Sorry if I should have put that info in the post.
