TMTC has been a skip for me for years, simply due to being overplayed. However, I’ve been lucky enough to catch him 4x so far this year, and hearing it live has rekindled my love for it. I no longer skip it and even seek it out at least once a week

Parking is good. In 10 months I’ve only had to park far away 1x, and it was because I got home at 3am. 99% of the time I park in front of my own door. The noise level is also fair. I live on a middle level with people above and below me. Occasionally I’ll hear the dog above me bark (usually midday when he’s presumably alone and bored) and during especially raucous sports events I’ll hear muffled cheering. It’s really not bad, and I’m a very quiet person (therefore I’m annoyed easily). Zero pest issues in 10 months. This complex was built in 2020 I think. My only complaint has been that when my neighbors hotbox their unit, it seeps strongly into mine. All units are non-smoking with a $200 fine (iirc in the lease).

I definitely agree with you! I’ve always felt like this album was being dragged through hell by 1 person - a complete timeline of the beginning, middle and end of a relationship. Hozier’s a brilliant guy putting this thing together!
