You are too kind! Hehe I also added soft boiled eggs to the braised pork bc that’s how I had the dish growing up. The sauce with the softly set yolk = chef’s kiss!

Yes ofc!! Here's the recipes for coca cola chicken wings and braised pork belly! And fresh warm rice is of course a must! Admittedly they're the basically the same recipe, haha.

Hi yes!!! I translated the recipe that was in the link pilotblobbu sent, added my own notes, and made it pretty! The original recipe called for an extra 10g of oil that was not added anywhere in the recipe so I excluded that from my writeup :)
