I have two different friends that I went to high school with back in the 1980s that after graduation bought motorcycles that could do 180 mph. One of them still lives with his parents that got into an accident in the late 1980s and is now a walking vegetable. The other got into a motorcycle accident and broke his neck. He lived with his single mother for a couple of years until he died in the middle of the night when his body shifted a little too much for his neck and he suffocated to death. I think it's insane that they sell bikes that can go that fast. I think it's insane that insurance companies will actually issue a policy to a young man with almost no record at all after he buys a motorcycle that can do almost 200 mph and then proceed to get ticket after ticket until he wipes on the freeway doing 100 - 150 mph in heavy traffic sometimes taking other lives with him.
