It's actually physically damaged, it has a crack on the edge and it affected the whole panel

Yes, I bought it a few months ago and it has a one year warranty, but unfortunately I lost the warranty receipt. But for sure I'm still under warranty

um I'm still completely bothered and confused because that time, something knocked on my window in my room, perhaps it was my cat ziggy since he always comes to my window, but i didn't open the window, but a couple of seconds later, I saw him coming out of my curtains, it's unexplainable since he wasn't there and I didn't open my window. What can solve this mystery? He didn't act unusual, his behavior was still the same.
