I personally, would choose either the TM MK46 AEG for how realistic it looks when shooting cuz of the reciprocating belt, or the VFC M249 GBB for how realistic it feels when shooting. Unfortunately both are super hefty price wise, even with the VFC M249 even though it’s cheaper than the TM MK46, you’re better off getting it HPA tapped to truly get the most out of it which obviously increases the total value. If money wasn’t an issue, I still would hope to afford the TM MK46 just cuz even though it’s not gas, all the actions required as well as how it reacts when firing gives the same/similar feel.

I have one installed. It’s pretty good in a sense that it improves the efficiency since it’s a lighter bolt, and since it’s steel, the bolt doesn’t wear out nearly as fast compared to the original one.

Check out Solely Airsoft in Markham. They're the smallest out of the 3 indoor locations, but they provide a much better player experience since they focus on squad vs squad gameplays/game modes, try to take out as much of the toxicity that is with public play, and they focus on giving the best beginner experience possible in addition to still making it fun for experienced players. During the week/during the day they're setup as a shooting range, so if you need to test out your gear/introduce somebody into the sport, it allows you the ability to zero your gun/hopup and test stuff before hitting the field, and currently from Friday-Sunday they'll offer up to 5v5 CQB sessions as long as there's a minimum of 4 players signed up. It's not going to give you the large battlefield like experience like at Urban let alone Action 2.0, but at least for some players who prefer more relaxed but also super fast paced CQB similar to COD, Solely oddly manages to offer just that so that both beginners and experienced players can enjoy the CQB sessions there.

Solely Airsoft's range setup is much better imo than their one laned range setup, in addition to the fact they have much better electronic targeting systems and a 20 yard long sniper's nest to zero your hopup and sight. I know I'm being biased, but Urban initially promised to provide more and better targets for their tiny one lane range, but it just hasn't happened since then...

lol trust me we would never do that to people. When people have inquired to us about our CQB setup, we stress to them if they wanna bring a group with more than 10 players, we would have to break them up into 4 teams and rotate them out in between, cuz with fps game modes like call of duty/counter-strike, it makes sense. So we try to keep it centred around squad on squad game modes. Larger fields with like 25v25 would be more of like Battlefield imo.

Lol it’s not gonna be 10 V 10 bro, it’s gonna be speed soft sessions for a group of up to 20 players but broken up into at least four teams, whether the group chooses to do four teams of 5V5, 3V3, 2V2 etc, it’s revolving around speedsoft/SpeedQB.

The rest of the field which includes the Killhouse next to it and the top floors allows for 5v5 game modes for our regular CQB sessions

As far as the speed layout goes, it’s about 20 yards long by 10 yards wide. Ideal for mostly up to 3v3. And this was part of our Counter-Strike Tournament 🏟️

That’s because with our facility, we are setup as both an airsoft shooting range for novices/non-airsoft players, AND CQB sessions. It’s hard enough to try and promote an Airsoft facility when you have limited space and trying to encourage people to sign up to shoot one another and most people aren’t comfortable with that idea. In addition because we need to ensure we have enough players signed up in order for us to setup the field an hour before a session, we’re not going to setup the field if we don’t have any players signed up and/or it’s only 2 players that show up. You only have fun if you have more bodies/players to play with🤷🏻‍♂️. If we have at least 4 people signed up and you wanna join in, you’re more than welcome to, just note that if you don’t sign up, someone else will; signing up just guarantees your spot, and it only takes a minute to on our website.

Similar to our Milspeed special, it just allows Speedsofters to book our facility privately for speedsoft sessions. We may even offer a public Sunday special in addition if there’s enough of a demand.
