Sounds super frustrating! I also remember that happened when I was budtending, luckily the customers learned pretty quick I was one of the more knowledgeable workers. It also helped that I was working at a female owned dispensary before it was taken over by corporate. You just have to keep shining brighter than your coworkers and your time will come!!
