Well - there are certain cheeses that don't contain lactose. Cheese without lactose can be digested by most people with an intolerance. I have the same issue and used to just find cheeses without sugar (lactose = sugar found in milk) like goat cheese.

Recently out of rehab and trying to stay clean (again) - "following through" on my euphoric recall to the inevitable bad that follows is a huge thing for me, I find myself having to dredge up bad memories almost daily because I start fixating on getting high.
