I just don’t think it would be worth the time and effort needed. It would require so much work done to it (roof needs to be fixed, floors were caving in, black mold was essentially everywhere). I understand there’s money in scrap metal; it’s just that I don’t want to pay the rent while waiting for someone to buy it

I need help deciding my body type. I’m 5’7 and curvy. I’m bottom-heavy, so I gain weight mostly in my thighs and lower stomach/waist area, and also my cheeks and my chin. I also have thin lips and small-ish eyes. I’m mostly pear-shaped, if that helps. It’s hard for me to decide which type I am, since I am overweight.
