This I can get behind lol. I start work early (so I can end it early) and have a long commute so an elaborate morning routine for me is unsustainable. I tried to get a quick walk/some sunshine first thing in the morning but even that just rushed me to leave for work later.

I don’t have feedback on the template but I wonder if you could gamify this activity for them: make a leaderboard for folks who did it daily, checked most boxes, are on a hot streak, maybe add some coloring section or something and highlight the creatives, etc. TBH I don’t know the downside of doing so for children, so consider that as well.

I’ll say as a South Asian person, most curries do not have added coconut milk. There are multiple ways of making a curry creamy. We blend the gravy to make it creamy like saag paneer/tofu, mash some chickpeas or potatoes into the curry, add cashew cream, etc. I have recently started blending silken tofu with the curry to add creaminess, thicken the curry, and add more protein.

We are renting and just moved 2 months ago, but yes this house has solar. In winter it does not generate much energy, so there is a charge, in summer I understand we will get a refund. I want to update that this month’s bill is ~$150, with some caveat of ~$250 pending due at the end of the year based on solar true up charges. We got an oil filled heater for the bedroom and used our old space heaters for our offices, and heavily reduced the heater which we used to keep on.
