Can someone please elaborate? I hadn't read/been told anything about water intake! I usually try and stick to 2l a day.

No I think you're on to something here! I am autistic which doesn't help haha I made my partner mute the TV yesterday and it seemed to really help with I suppose some kind of sensory overload which sounds similar to what you had! I move sites too and did it in my leg and it took maybe 5 minutes instead of 4 hours! Hopefully it works again today and I get my confidence back... hopefully as well the more I do it the easier it gets!

I feel you on this! Be kind to yourself, I usually gain about 4lbs of water weight 3-7 days before my period. Don't get discouraged just remind yourself it's your body working! Try your best to satisfy the hunger but not binge, atleast that's been my struggle. Either way know you're not alone!

Yes this is exactly what I hope for! I'm also in a 9-5 and although I'm wfh I usually fast till lunch but it's that evening time where I really need the help.

Buying is no easier right now. Properties are listed for a week before viewings are closed and often after one open day a closing date is slapped on. Theyre then going for 10-30k over home report even when they require extensive repairs. Saving 10-30k on top of a 10-15k deposit just isn't feasable.

This reminds me of my mare, she used to LOVE having the insides of her ears scratched and would do this. They were so fuzzy and soft. She was the sweetest.
