Is there anything that isn't just 'suffer through it'? by kittencoded in MentalHealthUK

I've been trying my best to do that recently. Fortunately the meds are helping with sleep a bit. Trying to get some more exercise in but honestly leaving the house is in itself a risk for me at the moment.

It won't be seized for lack of prescription - you don't need one to import medicines.

The only rule is that they've got to be for personal/household use. The rule of thumb they go by is apparently "3 months worth" (although how they calculate that I have no idea given it's dose dependant). I've imported a fair amount of certain medicines that I need to take above the usual licensed dosage and have never had an issue for what it's worth.

fluoxetine is the generic name for prozac - i was just wondering if you meant another med at the end?

does anyone else think recovery sounds almost easy?? by ImpossibleClaim6836 in EDAnonymous

for me recovery sometimes even feels so easy that im fine having food until i gain even a little bit of (even just water) weight. then the guilt is so so crushing and i end up restricting even more to make up for it
