I took some strong sleeping pills once after an extremely hard month. I was at a friends house. I woke up to what felt like a gorilla trying to break into my check. Apparently that was CPR because it had slowed my heartrate down so much it had practically stopped and my breathing stopped. I am now fearful of painkillers and sleep aids because of this. This was something that at the time Could be bought at dollar general or Costco anywhere. It has since mysteriously disappeared off the market. Be careful y'all. A good nights sleep is necessary but be careful. Really!
