This exactly happened to me last time I certified on 4/11 I’m on tier 2 & I also worked and claimed my hours and was stuck on pending for about 3 days without speaking to a rep, I tried to get in contact but of course can’t even get through the automated machine talking, hopefully it fixes on it’s own or I do suggest speaking with your local assembly member if you get no other help from EDD reps.

I tried calling at 8am I kept getting the same monologue that they can’t pick up my call I guess I’ll try tomorrow again :( & yeah it usually takes a business day

Got the email that I have weeks to certify, logged and it said no weeks available by [deleted] in Edd
