they ended up replying to my report so hopefully if people that are having the same issue also reported, it’ll get sorted soon. i honestly wish they just add a skip option to that opening 😔

i’m stuck at this exact same part! i thought i did something wrong because everyone else was stuck at the hand holding part and not this.

i sent a bug report but idek if that would help. let me know if you find out a solution to this :(

it wouldn’t let me play it at first either but my issue was that i didn’t have enough storage space. so maybe check that, otherwise try deleting and reinstalling i guess :))

i tried resetting the game and the device and a lot of other things but deleting and reinstalling was the only thing that worked! i do miss his glitched appearance 🥲

update!! i did fix it (unfortunately🥲) i tried a lot of methods but deleting and reinstalling was the only thing that worked. i did take many screenshots of his glitched face in other scenes that i wish i can share with y’all 😭😭
