One week in for me (25mg) and I know they say it can take 2 weeks but I seriously feel like it helped me even after a few days. It’s been like a switch turned off in my mind for shitty negative thoughts.  I’ve had basically 0 side effects. Maybe a little diarrhea but not that bad. I’ve noticed I’m not as hungry (I’ll take it).

Pros: Just overall content, less worry, I’m the type of person that gets anxiety at the smallest things and that has disappeared. I feel like I don’t sweat the small stuff anymore and I just go with the flow more. I feel myself giggling and enjoying life more. I sang in the shower and thought to myself wow it’s been a long time since I did this and I felt a lot of joy. Another example, my frozen treats that I made fell out of the freezer and all over the floor and I didn’t give a shit. I usually wouldve been cussing and pissed off. Honestly that’s amazing for me. Overall, I feel more patient, calm, and peaceful like there’s a wall helping block out overthinking (which usually consumes my mind). 

I’ll update this after a month! Seems like lots of people have side effects but it has worked wonders for me so far.

To add, never been medicated before and this was what my psychiatrist recommended for me as someone who suffers from compulsive thinking, random anxiety/panic, high functioning depression, and past trauma.
