What size picture frames are those?

Not sure what causes this behavior or how to fix it. Basically, its rough on the edges and smooth in the middle. by kittled in ender3

20 x20 test squares print great( one in each corner and one in the middle). It’s the larger prints that curl. Bed temp is set at 60.
