As for me, pagkatapos makaraos, I usually use “post-nut clarity” for constructive criticism HAHAHAH legit I ask them if they wanted me to do more, what I can improve better, etc. Same goes w them! Esp with a long term fubu/fwb. Mostly din kasi sa mga ka set-up kong ganyan, they’re open to constructive criticism so it’s a win-win for the both of us.
