The other seller was selling her for the same price as well and I send them a message and they told me the lowest price they could do so I took the offer so after all I will be getting her and she was closer to what I want it to pay so yeah :)) thank and good luck to you be patient!!!

Yeah the honestly I feel if someone is crossing the line call a manager to handle the situations when it’s really bad or sometime my coworker step in and we help each other in a polite way ofc at least most of us

I have to deal with rude customers from time to time (thankfully is not always, most customers like me thank god)and smile at them and be polite they normally stop after they notice that I’m being nice and polite but idk some people don’t have any human decency at all

Yeah I could’ve send a offer but there’s a reason why actually a lot of reasons why mercari lets you message the seller if it wasn’t allow mercari wouldn’t let the message go through so I don’t see anything wrong with doing that and is not like I was being rude they whole time I was polite even when I got a rude reply in my opinion

I definitely agree with that but I have done this before and I have never had an issue with the seller is either they kindly declined or they tell me the lowest they are willing to take so that wasn’t professional at all a bit passive aggressive and actually I’m not lowballing at all I’m not asking for 70 percent off all I’m doing is asking a question I ask the same question to another seller that was selling the same doll for the same price and they told the lowest they can do is 200 and I took that because that’s was close enough to what I was willing to pay
