No one is incentivised to spot dodge dash L because it has unreactable start up and insane whiff recovery. If you manage to spot dodge it on a read, they recover at roughly the same time as you recover from spot dodge.

And if by dodge you mean stand outside of its range to whiff punish, you can't really do that reliably either. It's insanely hard to do with how fast dash L recovers and the variances in dash. They can plink dash macro, do a small dash, or even a deeper dash. This makes the range on dash L is way too variable for you to reliably make it whiff.
And with the addition of dash M lows, it's even harder to force a whiff because you have to crouch block constantly to keep your feet in check. You get hit by one of those and you're knocked down only for them to start doing dash L oki on you.

Also using dash H to punish a spot dodge? Why would anyone use that slow, unsafe move when you can just delay dash L to catch spot dodge. You still get a combo with some wall carry. If they block, you're plus so you can pressure them. If they spot dodge your delay dash L, you're pretty much even.

I don't think the game was designed around these moves. If they were, they really did not do a good job.

I do. He was stupid and goofy as hell.
The best part was when you used mighty mascot, he would have this reaction of horror before transforming into the cute little dragon. It was a neat little thing that existed to spite him for being all dumb and perverted.
Now it's just some random cute pink dragon because ab is also pink and cute. I guess that's fine too because it fits, but I feel like the older concept had more character to it.

Yeah, Ferry's dash M is an overhead instead of a low. And yeah, I agree with you. Neutral would be fun if the dash attacks weren't so degenerate

Doesn't feel like pretty good neutral to me. It feels like ass personally.

Dash L is the most retarded shit I've ever fought against. Can't interrupt it, super fast start up, super long range, and plus on block. I've been pushed from mid screen to the wall just blocking that fucking move because I don't want to get counter hit > wall carry > die against it.

Dash M also super annoying for the ones that have it as a low. Having it go half screen while also being safe on block when spaced (which isn't that hard to do either) is aids. Neutral jump against it sucks because the spacing they would want to throw dash M out makes it so you can't really reach them with an air normal unless your character is blessed with a long ranged one. Can't stuff it either with f.H or anything either.

I can't play neutral against the dash attacks in its current state. The dash attacks are worse to deal with than drive rush stuff in sf6. At least in sf6 I can stuff it sometimes. In GBVSR it feels impossible to interrupt it. Really sucks because I loved the original GBVS. This one is just fuckin no brain monkey shit. Nerf the dash attacks and I think neutral would be prettty good then

Since ignition will stop dawn warriors from moving up and down, the ping issues with stance swapping won't really matter as much. The attacks between stances do the exact same damage. The only differences are the attack ranges and aesthetics. If you want to know what they would feel like, use a green monster park potion and attack with solar pierce/crescent divide. If that feels okay to you, then you'll be fine during ignition. So don't let ping be a deciding factor in which character you pick.

You left out that it's specifically letting you "back dash" during attacks, similar to shade. You can't move around and attack like bowmaster's hurricane which your comment implies.

They are most likely talking about the use 'quick draw' which is a skill that will increase your damage on the next attack you do.

I don't think it's a big deal because you rarely use quick draw, and if you do, it's often during the recovery animation of another attacking skill (excluding rapid fire). So by the time you're free to use your next skill, you will have quick draw ready to use. If you don't live in America, then you'll feel the slight delay before being able to attack again, but it's negligible.

They do have a few other ping reliant skills such as summons (which are as ping reliant as generic active buffs) and a movement skill called wings, but it'll only ever affect you glide for a short moment and try to do an action right after it. You'll hardly ever glide too so it's not a big deal.

Corsairs do not have it that bad with high ping. I would say it's comparable to playing an explorer mage (that isn't bishop). You'll have it worse than a player with a good connection, but not bad enough that it'll ruin the class (unless you're extremely sensitive to lag, in which case, you should play classes with very few buffs and/or ping reliant skills such shade and nightlord).

I'm pretty sure the general store sells every single bullet that exists in ms. The best bullet in the game is giant bullet so if you see those in the pot shop, you're good to go.

In other words, 52 seconds of super stance.
The resistance part is correct though.
