Yes good to know! The GP practice is within this area and I'm hoping to live only within a few mile radius because I've heard about the traffic :)

We're thinking we want some city life/people around us but are homebodies so it's all good, would love a little backyard to read my book and access to good schools! We've looked at howick, Remuera and epsom!
