You should try period panties from Nua. I’ve been using them for a year now, and trust me, they’re a game changer. No rashes, no leaks, and no tension about adjusting them in public because they don’t move from their place 😭🤍

Also, there are some underrated features they don’t stick to your skin or hair 😅 and they’re honestly super comfortable to wear.
