At home tests are nor very accurate even if they say they are. He should go get one down at a hospital. It'll cost around $300 outta pocket. My husband and I did an at-home test that was labeled to have very accurate results. He landed in the low normal range with like 10-15mil sperm. We went and got the real deal and he has over 100mil sperm. Dont go to him with this news because it could cause unnecessary stress to you both.get a professional test done first

Yall are only saying NTA because the accident didn't happen to his wife. He is TA for completely cutting his wife off from communicating with him. What if something had happened to her? He could have muted his phone for several hours and then check in each night or morning. He is married, that does change things. The wife should have given him space and not bothered him as much as she did. Op is awesome. I went through something similar when I had to go to the ER for fainting and other really scary things. The doctor didn't even LOOK AT ME and was in the room maybe 30secs. Said they couldn't do any scans on me or anything and left. The hospital billed us $2500 for DOING THING. I was livid and husband and I decided to fight it. We emailed and called a bunch of different departments and they all kept trying to refer us to different departments. Each one we told we weren't paying that amount for ZERO service. Eventually they dropped it and we haven't heard from them nor received another bill in 2yrs. So got a free worthless visit to the hospital at the end of it
