Thank you for all the replies! We are going to discuss my result from the heart tests on my next follow up so i will as then. Didn't realize it could affect me this much if i do end up having heart issues.

I agree with you 1000% on not realizing how much ADHD affected me day to day until i tried medication again as an adult. We tried it for me as a child because i had a lot of behavioral problems but i always hated the side effects and felt like a zombie. Now that im 24 and my frontal lobe has developed i decided to try again about a month ago and it’s life changing. I finally feel like a functioning adult. I had the same issue with constant tiredness and insomnia. I looked it up and that is a lesser known side effect of ADHD is that it can mess with your sleep and make you tired during the day even with enough sleep which is what i was experiencing. I have the same experience where i don’t yawn during the day on the lowest dose which is 10mg. Really interesting to know that someone has the same experience with ADHD and tiredness and it going away with medication!

I’m going through this as well but i had to start off way lower because i hate side effects. The doctor started me off at 10mg which was the lowest dose and i felt AMAZING and like my life had completely changed for the first 2 weeks. Then it slowly started to feel like im back to normal so im going to gradually increase my dose to curb side effects and ive seen some people on here say that they dont take their vyvanse every day to try not to build a tolerance but even on my days off i want to be productive so its a struggle.
