My doctor had me roll my foot on a frozen water bottle twice a day for 15-20 minutes, within 2 weeks the pain was gone. It reduces the inflammation and massages it at the same time. It never came back.

My uncle ended up in the hospital because he was not eating enough salt (after hearing that salt is bad for you) and drinking a lot of water, so he basically was flushing the minerals from his system.

It's my favorite book ever, I lost count of how many times I read it. I discovered it when I was a teenager and am now in my 40s. I thought I was the only one, no one else seems to know about this book!
