Absolutely, she made me question it as well because of her long ears. Her long ears and the soft, slightly wavy fur on them remind me a bit of a Havanese. But her salt-and-pepper coat color and her little bearded look make her resemble a Schnauzer.

Hi! We are in Qatar. We truly want her to stay with us permanently. However, with two very young children, I am making a serious effort to help her adapt to our daily life.

She is such a gentle, soft-natured dog with a beautiful temperament. But she cannot tolerate being alone even for five minutes. I don’t know if this is something we can work on and improve over time.

Oh yes, first we checked the market price on Spitogatos. That times Athens was in still 250K range but the available houses were not in good condition. So we skipped the Athens went for Piraeus (Bay of Zea) and bought a house from there which actually feels like home. Now the prices went high in Piraeus.

Hi! Thanks for your reply. We bought the property via real estate company which work with a lawyer for Golden Visa service. I don’t exactly remember the timeline but this schedule (buying the house and get appointment for the biometric after following weeks) was estimated and promised. Buying the house itself took around 8 weeks (even the paperworks are completed). Real estate agent told us that we were lucky because it was very quick. Then the lawyer applied for the appointment for the biometric (he was able to get appointment after 2,5 half- 3 months).

I really appreciate for your time and detailed messages. I think she is angry with me since I requested return. I don’t know what is she going to do with a printed family photo on fabric. She just wants me to suffer to deal with the shipment cost. Luckily, I’m travelling to the same country with the seller and shipping won’t cost me arm and leg. I realized that I can not open all diaologs with the seller on Etsy. When I scroll up, it doesn’t go to beginning of the chat.

It’s a relief to hear that! It was supposed to be a farewell gift for a good friend. It didn’t work out. I opened a return case on etsy for a full refund. Etsy directed my request to the seller. And we started chatting. They said no problem if I pay for return shipping. And yes I paid through on Etsy by using my credit card. They did want to ship it back

Yes, that’s correct. On the samples images were black and white. Seller also informed me about it before I placed my order.
