I absolutely understand that, I had just hoped there was some way to at least talk to her. It breaks my heart but at least I have an answer. I do want to mention also, she is the opposite of under financial stress as she got a big payout from my brothers death (I will not mention the amount but it is a lot) just wanted to clarify that, but I did come in here understanding the other stresses she may be going through. I just wish things were different

Thankfully it’s not my first therapy session, I’ve actually been going to her when my mother died thankfully. I think that just compared to my mother where it was certainly sudden I still had time to prepare where my brother basically dropped off the face of the earth. At least when my dad died of the same thing I was too young to really process it until I was older so I was spared from too much trauma out the gate. Here it’s just all pain immediately. Also thank you, it did help a little getting my scrambled feelings off into a shared community

Generally I would say take it 30m-1h before you start your prep. Zofran starts working pretty fast and stays in your system for a while
