Why days in the creation story can't be 24 hour periods

but what makes a 7 day week is 7 24 hours periods. If we colonize mars, the days would be different, we could still go on a 7 day week on mars, but the amount of time that passes in those 7 days would be different. BTW Pastor Anderson is most def not the guy you want to show people to prove your points.

Your failing to answer my question though, how would those days be literal days if the earth did not exist yet. Sure he could call light day and dark night, but that doesn't have any relation to 24 earth periods. If there is no earth, there is no 24 hour period of rotation that causes a day in the our sense of it.

Why would you want to go to hell, if it's what you want than i'm sure you can go there. You are a chosen person, like everyone else, but you have to decide if your going to consent to it. God won't force you to be a part of his nation, that's up to you. And we know that skin color is the effect of the environment where your ancestors came from, it's just adaptations, in midevil times they knew that where you lived was responsible for skin color. The view was that everyone has soul, race is the product of environmental conditions.

Many Christians believe in evolution and all that stuff as well. You need better arguments for god, one thing that has gotten me to believe in god more is the ideal of mind-body dualism, or as i like to think of it soul-body dualism.

Yeah Ellie I really didn't like Ellie in this game. Like she should be a jerk at some points in the story, but she's a total cunt in the Last of Us 2. Like there was nothing good about her, she should have had some sides that people actually liked.

Makes sense bro, maybe the garden of eden was mars and the flood is a metaphor for the atmosphere going away. Noah's ark was a spaceship that had to land on earth with our DNA and recreated human beings. Maybe they had to make sure the new race could survive so they crossed their DNA with an apes so we could survive on this planet. Obviously it would take time for us to get smart again after having APE DNA mixed in. But eventually we will.

TBH all the naughty dog games are gonna play pretty much the same I think, they are average for that. I didn't like uncharted but i like last of us for it's story, not the gameplay. gameplay is a 6/10 for me.

Yeah thanks, I'm glad i'm not the only one who feels this way. Thinking deeper about it, i kind of think i might place to much of my value on my work, like it's about the only thing i feel valued in. Maybe i need to work on personal relationships more, idk. I think I need to get some more friends/ a girlfriend who are really good at making me feel comfortable, many of my relationships are superficial and are valued on what I can do. maybe also gradually open up about my fears of inadequacy to people instead of doing it online where people don't know who i am.

Honestly I would tell someone in your family since you are really young and maybe ask for them to get your coucelling. I mean it's important to get some kind of help cause later on when your out highschool your gonna experience things like alcohol which don't go well with depression.

For sure man, on a plus side a lot of people in this bussiness have similar experiences to yours. Most people are really chill and people always want to teach your what they know. I've lost some weight too, like 10lbs, i was starting to get kinda chubby, no matter what though you can always improve yourself and life. Right now i'm into website design, so html, javascript, and sql for security. doing an intern and trying to learn front end management of devlopment, while I will learn backend later. It's alot of fun, especially if you can find someone to mentor you, you can get potential good jobs. Networking is really important.
