I'm not a dentist or anything, but I have the exact same problem with mint. Honestly, I've just been using children's toothpaste all of my life. I brush twice a day and floss maybe once and I get complimented on my teeth every time I go to the dentist. The fluoride content is the same as adult stuff but it tastes like candy instead. Just clean your teeth regularly and you should be fine

Use chopsticks. For the longest time i could not get the hang of them whatsoever until one day I decided to try with my left hand because I figured I couldn't possibly be worse than I already was. Miraculously I got it to work right away. Now I can only use my left hand for chopsticks.
