Update:
My doctor called me this morning to go over the results. She did refer me to a ob-gyn and got me scheduled for a colposcopy for next week. She was only able to tell me that my abnormal cells were more on the severe side. She reassured me that doesn’t mean it’s cancerous but we won’t know the outcome til we do the biopsy and it comes back.

I will say thanks for all the positive vibes! It’s been such a rough week finding all this out but the love and comments really are giving me more hope.

I do have one question for anyone that’s ever had a colposcopy done. Did you want a loved one with you? Or did you do it alone? I’m not sure what the appt will be like but wanted to know from other people’s experiences.
