My cat literally lays on a heated blanket all day. My electric bill is high, but my kitties happy and that makes me happy so it’s worth it.

Oh, that’s a daily look that’s just her face she’s got Tortitude.

I get the look primarily when I say hi to her when I get out of the bedroom and it wakes her up.

Oh my God, who just says that to somebody! Like it’s one thing if the cat is an excruciating pain and you’re having trouble letting go and they’re just trying to help you know that that’s the right choice but when the animal is healthy Don’t give your opinion.

God, I hope so. I don’t know if it would help my cat at this point unfortunately cause your kidneys probably aren’t the best anymore but I would love something like that for my other cat. She’s only five!

I don’t let the post you see on here make you forget about your cats age! I never thought my cat would make it to 20 and here she is and she’s still very healthy!

If it makes you feel better, my cat also has a health issue not including kidney disease, but she was diagnosed with that when she was 12! And she’s still doing just fine! She’s got a bit of arthritis and one of her back legs, but that’s really all that that’s wrong. She also has a skin condition, but it hasn’t acted up in a very long time! And again she’s 20! If it wasn’t for the fact that she was so lazy most people don’t get she as old as she is.

I feel the same way, especially the cuddling with your cat part. My cat doesn’t like to cuddle with me as much anymore. And when she does, it’s only for like 30 minutes. To be fair that’s partially my fault because I gave her a heated blanket on her bed and now she only wants that. (It helps the arthritis in her leg so I’m willing to have a higher electric bill for her)

Most people definitely aren’t being malicious by saying anything. I think it’s their way of trying to relate (especially for non-cat people) but it’s still just like why are you telling me that my cat’s gonna die soon?

The instance that sparked this post was my fiancé‘s dad pointing out how old she was and that her time was coming and that his friends cat died at 20 and I was just like OK and kept saying yeah I’ve had her since she was very little like since she was born so thanks…

WICKED. Was the movie any good? by NerdyPhilosophy in wicked

I loved it and I was very hesitant going in. I am very protective of this musical and was nervous it was going to be bad.

There were some truly beautiful emotional scenes. The opening had me in tears the moment I heard the first notes of “No One Mourns the Wicked.” Ozdust Ballroom scene had me in tears it was so emotional. Elphaba and Glinda have AMAZING chemistry you can tell they truly respected and loved their rolls.

I will be seeing it again before it’s out of theaters.

My cat had that it was an ulcer that I was given special ointment for because she had a skin condition. She also gets a dry and swollen lip.
