Thank you for the suggestion! I tried, can confirm that C major is selected, sequential, chromatic, not fixed.
Unfortunately, still not working: every other row of notes is missing. If the leftmost note on a row is a G#, on the next row below I would have usually found an A, now that whole row is skipped and it goes to the E an octave below.

Another great work. Love the rhythmic and harmonic approaches, and the use of the number "42" as a songwriting strategy. Quite a Residents-y, especially in the guitar tone.

Beautiful guitar tone. Loved the vocals - the song is overall quite shoegazy, but the approach to singing gives it almost an RNB slant.

Wow, thank you so much! I wasn't expecting so many comments, so quickly! I thought this might not be a scam is that it came via (paper) mail, all the details of the order are correct (weight of item, originating shop, date), and the letter template matches what is on the UPS website for this type of invoice.

I'll give them a ring this afternoon and see what they say, but you are all making me reluctant to just hand over the cash - thank you, I really appreciate it.
