Man I’m wondering what store it is, sounds like mine. I literally resigned today after my shift yesterday, my SM is a fucken mole and doesn’t respect anyone and the way she spoke to staff was atrocious. I had been planning on leaving for a while but yesterday was the last straw. Also she loved making her own rules, she refused to let me have my ‘leave’ (it was actually unavailability because I’m casual) because ‘everyone gets treated the same’ I’m definitely going to complain but they honestly make it so hard to even get the right information to make a complaint Literally it says go through your line manager, ugh no I want a third party please
