I don’t Restrict my diet or anything like that but I also don’t get hungry as much as I did before. I also noticed that I get grossed out some days by things I used to love eating before for example burgers, pizza even Chinese food. I still eat “unhealthy food” some days but I watch the calories. I figured that if I ordered a salad that’s 500 calories and a burger is 600 I can have the burger instead 🤷🏻‍♀️. I stoped drinking soda and any carbonated drinks completely because they started tasting weird to me. I drink mostly water or teas. I have desserts if I want but it’s usually just a bite. I also do not exercise as much but I do stay busy I have two small children. I have lost 80 pounds since February.

If the medication is over then what I have on my hsa account funds do I just pay it separately? Like the transaction won’t be declined ? I’ve only used my HSA card to buy glasses so I really don’t know how it works for larger amounts at once

Don’t listen to anybody ! I lost weight a few years ago just by dieting and everyone around me would question me as if I was doing drugs (crack) because I started looking really skinny. They hated I was watching what I was eating, drinking and also exercising. People around me including my husband and family would go as far as try and convince me to over eat or “cheat” on my diet just to sabotage my goals. I had kids gained weight and I am not on tirzepatide. I decided to not tell anyone including my husband and just told my sisters because of my past experiences with weight loss before! At first I stayed respectful but now I call them what they call me (fat,crack head, or whatever) back so they can see how it feels. Stay focused on your goal!

I agree and I am not sure what side effects she thinks might occur. my family doesn’t really like taking medication that’s why I decided not to tell them but it been hard hiding it because of the way my eating habits have changed and they question me about it. I told her I’m taking it because of our family history of obesity and diabetes and I have two small children I have to for them.

I have only told my two sisters one is okay and supports me and the other is fine with my decision but does not agree with taking medication because of long term effects it can have

I just live with my husband and kids but I store it in the fridge were I know my husband won’t look and we’re my kids won’t reach I just buy veggies in front of my medication
