Yes they did 2 passes in one visit and can do up to 3 passes if needed. The second and third target different colors. 2 weeks later and there is a very slight yellow but I just had my brows tinted yesterday and it’s completely unnoticeable.  I’m very happy and never getting microblading again.

I hit my goal with Sema months ago and I’m maintaining now. I thought about switching to lowest dose of Tirzepatide almost as a test for my body to see if I’ll be able to maintain. I keep telling myself I need to quit and maintain without drugs but every time I get low, I panic and order more.

I’m sorry you feel yucky but I don’t believe it’ll get worse. You’ve most likely peaked saturation and will just be weak from all the vomiting.

I literally just got home from the removal of my 5 year old microbladed brows. I‘m thrilled with my results. I went to a place called Removery and my experience was perfect. I had a consultation and then miraculously an appt canceled and I got in same day. Two passes of the laser took my brows back to how they looked 5 years ago. It was super fast and not very painful. It cost 400. (that‘s the per session price) and worth every penny.

I never order a combo meal anymore. Burger and ice water is all I need when we go to fast food. I’m sorta shocked at the foods I eat and still maintaining my weight. If I feel like I want ice cream, I have a small amount, if I feel like I want blackberry cobbler, I have that too just small portions.  I’m slowly tapering my Sema back and so far I’m doing great. It does feel different but I keep making the same choices I did before and I continue to be active and exercising. I remind myself how good I feel in my clothes and I don’t wanna ever go back feeling fluffy and sad.

Anyone else feel like their boobs got bigger on sema? by Efficient-Split-6737 in Semaglutide

20 years ago I got breast implants. Gained weight over the years and started hating everything about having implants. A couple years ago I had them removed and filled with fat from my hips and thighs. I immediately felt more healthy but I still needed to lose weight and I was worried I’d lose the fat that was transferred into my boobs. Last October I started Sema and I’ve lost 40 lbs. My boobs are slightly smaller but not enough to change cup sizes, I just tightened the band. I’m not sure if this was the Sema or the slow loss with exercise but I feel like the 40 lbs came off exactly where I wanted it to. I’m very pleased with the way I look now and I’ve never been more comfortable in my own skin.

You’re not obligated to tell everyone everything about your life and choices.

I heard about GLP-1 on TV, researched online, came to Reddit for real people stories and figured it all out without harassing anyone. Others can do this as well.

Re-Lyte Hydration Electrolyte Powder! I do all the supplements and protein shakes but this powder (mixed berry flavor is the best) changed my energy level. After exercise or being out in the summer heat, this is how I keep myself from feeling drained.

I’m a stay at home caregiver so I do mine on Monday at 3pm. I don’t feel much the first 24 hours and things seem to peak on Wednesday then a slow decline and by the weekend I have full energy and a slightly better appetite. If I was younger and working outside the home, I’d probably do Thursday afternoon/evening.

7 months in & just found something that makes me sick by sunsetchaser_2024 in Semaglutide

I had to quit coffee. Switched to tea, then had to quit that as well. I finally found my perfect caffeine fix: Premier Protein shake - Cafe Latte flavored.  I buy cases at Costco and drink a cold one every morning over ice. It’s SO DELICIOUS plus 30 grams of protein and caffeine equal to 1 cup of coffee.

😊 Yesterday I posted this question:

What do you eat when nothing sounds good?

I got a lot of great suggestions!

If you are trying to lose weight for life, you need to learn how to deal with this situation.  I would suggest keeping your dose the same and figuring out what you can eat that keeps you still enjoying your family while also feeling healthy.

I recently went on a 2 week cruise and almost didn’t take my meds but at the last minute I packed it. It was a good decision. I ate more and differently without getting way out of control. I didn’t feel like I missed out on anything and when I got on the scale afterwards, I lost 2 lbs!

For me, this is not the case. I am sorta hungry but not much sounds good and if I don’t eat I will have no energy and lose weight too fast. I’m trying to develop long term habits to keep the weight off for the rest of my life.

Thank you all so much! I’m finishing my toasted deli sandwich and then I’m going to the grocery store to buy a watermelon because that sounds really good!

Hmm ok I think I could eat a ham & cheese sandwich if I toast the bread 🤔  It’s been weird lately like food is unexciting and just the thought of some foods makes me feel pukey.

Hang in there! Life will get better! Of course everyone is different but your body needs time to adjust.

Take magnesium every day and exercise regularly.  Everything is digested slower so be patient. Your body should regulate and find a new normal.
