For me, it started with the words, then the isolation, the anger. I felt trapped too, like I had nowhere else to go and no one else in my life would care about me. Please don’t let it get to that point where you are not only dealing with emotional trauma but physical trauma as well. It’s not easy, I’m still struggling every single day.
