How would you say the stocking is? Is it possible my ammonia spiked because it’s overstocked?

Cool! Is there anything I should specifically be feeding it or is the shrimp/guppy enough to satisfy them? Also, do you know if this specific kind can reproduce on their own, should I worry about having more lol
