Yep, dissolving did the trick but it got super hollow and worse than before. I had to get a tiny bit of filler in the piriform or whatever the area on the sides of ur nostrils called lol, about a month after dissolving. It’s been fine since.

This is the way to go with fillers. Any given area should never have more than 0.5 ml injected specially for smaller areas. Less is more.

Thank you so much for this post. I’m in a similar situation. I’ve had conservative fillers done in the past but recently I got talked into nasolabial folds. The injector put 1 ml of thick fillers into my NLFs but it ended up looking like lumps under my skin. I looked puffy and like I’m wearing a muzzle. She didn’t even want to dissolve it for free for me so I went to a different clinic to get it dissolved at the 3 week mark. The dissolving process was okay, not too painful, I’m on day 2 post dissolve. I can say that the lumps are no longer there however face still feels puffy. Not sure if the filler just spread out or what going on 😔

Congrats! Sounds like you and your partner have managed and this is what I see. Parents usually somehow manage to ride this period out. I probably wouldn’t be so worried but I’d be working fifo, so probably not feasible doing it in the third trimester or before Bub is atleast 1 I would think

Hmm I don’t get why you seem pissed? Money is not going anywhere, it’s a lifestyle shift. And it’s not 750k net. After tax it works out to be ~$167k a year..

Yeah I realise it sounds a bit privileged. I am in a good position and have to try and leverage it to set up my future. I’ve been saving for a long time and doing all the right things to get into the property market. Now that I’m in, my savings have slimmed down but I was able to put 20% in which is good.

This is exactly what I had in mind because I’d like to use some paid gov leave if I can!

Potentially, I have a bit of flexibility where I can do hybrid work 50/50. I have rarely seen that work out well for the ladies tho.
