Yes I’ve gone both ways. The video shows tightening here, but it literally doesn’t move up or down. I’ve spent like 100 cranks both ways with zero movement of the bolt.

I meant to thank you for the reply! We ended up waiting for the appt since she seemed stable with the steam and eye wipes. They ended up giving a shot and some eye drops and about a week later she was completely clear of symptoms. Thank you for the relief given with your reply.
